Hospice Services

Hospice is a team of healthcare providers who provide care to individuals with life-threatening illnesses and injuries as well as support to their family members through the dying process. This team of professionals is generally called upon for the terminally ill with a prognosis of 6 months or less with a common goal of patient comfort. The care can be provided in a variety of settings - the home, hospitals, nursing or residential facilities, etc.
